The HR Admin plays a key role in providing administrative and clerical support to the Human Resources Department. This position ensures efficient handling of employee inquiries, assists in HR documentation and processes, and contributes to maintaining accurate employee records. The HR Admin serves as the first point of contact for staff-related concerns and helps uphold a positive employee experience.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, attendance, payroll, and other general HR concerns.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring confidentiality and data accuracy.
  • Prepare, organize, and file HR-related documents, memos, and reports.
  • Handle requests for employment certificates, ID requests, and other HR-related documentation.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth HR-related processes and issue resolution.
  • Assist in HR events and employee engagement activities.
  • Perform other administrative and HR support duties as assigned by the HR Supervisor or Manager.


QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Atleast 1–2 years of experience in HR administration, HR support, or helpdesk role (fresh graduates may also be considered).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail, with good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
  • Able to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
