The HR & Admin Assistant provides comprehensive support to the Human Resources department and executive leadership team. This dual-role position ensures smooth HR operations while also managing executive schedules, coordinating meetings, and serving as secretariat for the Management Committee (ManCom). The ideal candidate is

highly organized, discreet, and capable of balancing administrative precision with professional communication.

  

  • Assist in recruitment: posting job ads, screening applicants, scheduling interviews
  • coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and orientation     
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases
  • Draft HR documents such as contracts, memos, and policy notices
  • Track compliance requirements, training, and certifications   
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures      
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and wellness programs  
  • Monitor attendance, leave requests, and assist with payroll coordination
  • Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items for ManCom and other leadership meetings
  • Serve as secretariat for ManCom: ensure timely distribution of materials, maintain records, and support governance protocols


Job Requirements

Job Specification (Education and/or Work Experience Requirements     

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1+ years of experience in HR or administrative support
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication     
  • Proficient in MS Office and scheduling tools (e.g.,
  • Outlook, Teams, Zoom)
