  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
  • Source and evaluate candidates through various channels.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidate fit.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
  • Maintain recruitment metrics and improve processes.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring.
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: Fresh Graduate/Student with relevant internship experience preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting strategies, strong communication abilities, employee relations expertise, and effective people management skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Manage recruitment processes, conduct interviews, assist in employee relations, and support HR planning initiatives.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with flexible working hours and collaborative team atmosphere.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, proactive attitude, and passion for talent acquisition.
