- 維護和更新員工記錄和人力資源數據庫。
- 支持新員工的入職流程，包括文件處理和培訓。
- 協助制定和實施人力資源政策及程序。
- 解答員工對人力資源政策、福利和薪資的詢問。
- 幫助組織員工培訓和發展計劃。
- 準備與人力資源指標和倡議相關的報告和演示文稿。
- 確保遵守勞動法及相關法規。
