Descrição:

  • Deal with employee regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data such as attendance record, absences, lates, etc.
  • Provide support to HR in resolving employee concerns or issues.
  • Assist in communicating company policies and procedures to employees.
  • Assist with performance reviews, promotions, and disciplinary actions.
  • Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
  • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
  • Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
  • Interviewing applicants


Requisito

  • College Graduate in BS Business Administration major in Human Resources degree
  • Proven experience as an HR Assistant
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws
  • Strong computer skills especially in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills and problem-solving skills
