  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews.
  • Support employee relations by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate and assist with payroll processing and associated documentation.
  • Maintain and update employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand hiring needs and strategy.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in HR or a related field.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting, excellent communication skills, and knowledgeable in employee relations.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to support payroll and maintain employee documentation.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
