Position Title: Finance & HR Admin Specialist

Location: Metro Manila

Company: GreenYellow (Philippines) – Local subsidiary of a Global Renewable Energy Group

Reports To: Regional CFO

Employment Type: Full-Time

As we are expanding our operations in the Philippines, we are seeking a versatile and skilled Accounting, Finance, HR and Admin Specialist to join our small local team, with opportunity to grow within the organisation.


Position Overview:

The Accounting, Finance, HR and Admin Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our local office. This multifaceted position requires a proactive individual with a broad skill set spanning accounting, finance, human resources, and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:


Accounting & Finance:

  • Oversee daily accounting operations and coordination with outsourced accounting firm.
  • Assist in forecasting and reporting, support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Manage bank requests and processes.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit requests.
  • Coordinate with outsourced accounting firm to ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulations, including filing returns and managing tax payments.

Human Resources:

  • Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and employment laws.
  • Coordinate with outsourced payroll service provider.

Administration:

  • Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient office operations, including managing office supplies, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings.
  • Support the management team with ad-hoc projects and tasks as required.
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, finance, HR, and/or administrative roles.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is a must, familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
