Education Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant to the job

• Preferably holds OSH related license

Technical Knowledge, Special Trainings and Work Experience:

• At least 8 years of experience in HSSE management/consultancy in utility scale projects 

• International experience is preferred

• Equipped with OSH training is highly preferred

• Excellent interpersonal communication and project management background

• Strong QA/QC and HSSE awareness and leadership

Job Description:

• Coordinates and monitors the HSE of various contractors/consultants. 

• Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of company OSH policies and programs. 

• Ensure compliance with government health and safety regulations. 

• Facilitate OSH trainings for employees and management

• Ensure compliance with government health and safety regulations

• Ensures the development/construction works are following environmental regulations and standards related to pollution and waste management. 

• Monitor activities pertaining to the installation or construction of pollution source and control facilities with the end in view of ensuring their compliance with the air, noise, and water quality standards. 

• Report within reasonable time to the Company and Authority the breakdown of any pollution control facility, and the estimated and actual date of completion/repair and operation.
