Descrição:

Recruitment and Staffing:

Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Conduct interviews, background checks, and reference verifications.

Onboard new employees and ensure proper documentation.


Employee Relations:

Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, resolving issues promptly.

Promote a positive workplace culture through effective communication and conflict

Requisito

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
  • Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in human resources or a related role.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, payroll, and employee relations is
