  • Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate screening.
  • Support onboarding procedures for new employees.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.
  • Coordinate training sessions and development programs.
  • Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Provide support in employee relations and engagement initiatives.

Requisito

  • With 1 year of relevant HR experience
  • Knowledgeable in Employee relations
  • Knowledgeable in-house Company events
  • Knowledgeable in employee exit
  • Computer literate
