POSITION: HR and Admin Staff
INDUSTRY: Manufacturing Company
WORK LOCATION: Batangas
WORK SCHEDULE: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday to Saturday (half day)
SALARY: Php30,000
WORK SET UP: Work on site

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor degree in Human Resource and Psychology
- With 2 years’ experience in HR in a PEZA registered company
- With Supervisory is advantage
- Amendable to work on site in Batangas
- Can start as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and manage the onboarding process.
- Conduct exit interviews and manage offboarding processes.
- Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and company regulations.
- Update HR policies and employee handbooks.
- Oversee daily office operations and maintenance.
