Job Description
Join our client, an innovative IT solutions provider for schools, offering ERP and SIS platforms that transform education management. As an Implementation and Support Associate, you’ll be the go-to person after the sales process, ensuring smooth system usage, training end-users (school personnel, teachers, students), and diagnosing issues with the support of your counterpart in India.
Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Computer Science or related courses
- Above-average English communication skills
- A natural “people person” with leadership skills and critical thinking abilities
- Willing to travel
- Willing to be relocated (if residing outside Pampanga)
Fresh IT graduates are welcome - especially those with school projects related to ERP or SIS systems
