• Ensure timely and accurate processing of all import-related documents

• Maintain systematic filing and safekeeping of import records for easy retrieval and compliance purposes

• Monitor import shipments from supplier dispatch up to final releasing to ensure on-time delivery

• Coordinate and liaise with government agencies, brokers, shippers, and forwarders for smooth import transactions

• Track and process renewal of all necessary import permits and licenses to avoid disruption in operations

• Verify deliveries and reconcile with inventory records to ensure accuracy

• Prepare cost analysis of imported items including freight, duties, taxes, and other charges

• Support internal controls by ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations

• Provide timely reports to management related to import activities and costing

• CARRY OUT ANY OTHER TASKS AS ASSIGNED BY IMMEDIATE SUPERIOR
