We are looking for an INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING with at least 1 year of experience in the garment industry, the successful candidate will support production operations through effective planning, process, improvement, and line efficiency analysis.
- Conduct time and motion studies and determine Standard Minute Values (SMV)
- Create the Operation Breakdown(OB)
- Assist in line balancing, target setting, and line layout planning
- Analyze operator performance and propose productivity improvements
- Coordinate with production team
- Monitor line efficiency and production output daily
- Prepare reports related to IE activities and production efficiency
- Ensure compliance with buyer standards (Quality and safety)
- Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering, Garment Technology or related course\
- With 1 year of experience as an IE in garments manufacturing company
- Proficient in MS Excel and Basic IE tools
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
