Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site observations and measurements to determine current process performance, identify delays and inefficiencies, and establish accurate cycle times for different operations.

• Convert time study results into standard times and use these to determine manpower requirements, staffing levels, and productivity benchmarks aligned with operational targets.

• Track daily and weekly performance indicators such as throughput, line efficiency, labor utilization, and process yield, and prepare clear, timely reports for management review.

• Support the design and improvement of facility layouts, process flows, and workstation arrangements to reduce bottlenecks, improve material movement, and enhance safety and productivity.

• Participate in various IE or cross-functional improvement initiatives by gathering relevant data, validating assumptions, analyzing impacts, and helping execute recommended

changes.

• Prepare structured reports, visual data summaries, and preliminary analysis for validation by the Operations Analyst, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information used in decision-making

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree Graduate in Industrial Engineering

• Minimum one (1) to two (2) years of working experience in Manufacturing Industry.(Fresh graduates are also welcome)

• Skilled in process review, time and motion study, and productivity improvement.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
