The Associate IT Manager is responsible for leading and managing the company's IT operations independently. This role oversees the implementation, support, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, systems, and security protocols. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing IT in a retail environment, including ERP and POS systems, and is capable of taking full ownership of IT initiatives and support services across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage day-to-day IT operations, including hardware, software, and network systems.
• Provide direct IT support to users across head office, retail stores, and warehouses.
• Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of ERP systems, POS software, and other retail-related applications.
• Ensure system availability, data backups, cybersecurity protocols, and disaster recovery processes.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for system troubleshooting, IT procurement, and service agreements.
• Conduct user training and promote best practices in IT usage and security. Monitor and track IT asset inventory, licenses, and documentation.
• Proactively assess technology needs, recommend improvements, and lead small-scale IT projects.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT-related concerns and initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. At least 3–5 years of hands-on experience in IT support, infrastructure, or systems management.
• Experience working independently or with minimal supervision in an IT role.
• Strong knowledge of retail systems including ERP, POS, inventory management, and sales tracking tools.
• Experience with ERP platforms is a strong advantage.
• Familiar with basic networking, IT security practices, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for supporting non-technical end-users.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, ITIL) are a plus.
