Descrição:
- Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts and inquiries.
- Provide product information and support through phone and email communications.
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and reports for sales presentations.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborate with various departments to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Assist in identifying new sales opportunities.
- Fluency in Japanese and strong cultural understanding
- The Sales Support role for Japanese clients
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of sales support experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in JLPT N2-N1, strong Japanese speaking skills, adept in ERP and CRM systems, and proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, excellent communicator, team player, and proactive.
