• Develop and implement the annual audit plan based on a risk-based approach.
• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of internal auditors to conduct audits and ensure timely completion.
• Evaluate effectiveness of internal controls, systems, and processes.
• Identify areas of operational inefficiency, financial mismanagement, and compliance gaps.
• Prepare and present audit reports to senior management, highlighting findings and providing recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure that audits are carried out in accordance with professional standards and organizational policies.
• Keep up to date with industry trends, audit methodologies, and regulatory changes.
