We are seeking for Parts Assistant to be assign in Hino Cebu to supports the parts department by assisting with the receiving, issuing, storing and ordering of parts and supplies. The role ensures the parts inventory is accurate, well-organized, and readily available to meet service or repair operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, unpack, inspect and verify incoming parts and supplies.
  • Store and organize parts in the warehouse/parts room/bin area according to established systems (bin-locations, part numbers, etc).
  • Assist in issuing parts to technicians, service staff or other departments as required.
  • Maintain inventory records: update databases or spreadsheets, track stock levels, and log parts issued and returned.
  • Assist in cycle counts, stocktakes and reconciliation of inventory discrepancies.
  • Place orders for parts and supplies based on need, usage trends and reorder levels; follow up with vendors/suppliers.
  • Prepare and process invoices, credit memos, purchase orders, and returns.
  • Coordinate and communicate with vendors, internal service/repair teams and other departments regarding parts availability, deliveries or special orders.
  • Ensure the parts area (warehouse/room) is clean, safe, orderly and compliant with company safety and housekeeping standards.
  • Assist with shipping/receiving duties: loading/unloading, staging, proper documentation.
  • Provide customer service support as needed (answering parts inquiries, quotes, part numbers).
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the parts department.


Qualifications / Skills

  • Must be a college graduate of any bachelor.
  • Prior experience in inventory control, purchasing, parts department, warehousing, or similar is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Computer literate
