- Maintain accurate inventory records in the system
- Perform regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock
- Organize and label inventory in storage areas
- Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams to ensure accurate stock flow
- Generate inventory reports as needed
- Monitor stock levels and report low or excess inventory to management
- Bachelor's Degree (Associate's degree preferred)
- Proven experience as an inventory clerk or similar role
- Proficient in inventory software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to lift and move inventory items as needed
- Familiarity with supply chain procedures is a plus
