- Manage inventory levels to ensure accuracy and availability for sales operations.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and address issues.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to facilitate optimal stock levels.
- Assist in training and mentoring team members on inventory management processes.
- Prepare detailed reports on inventory status and provide analysis for decision-making.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in any Course
- Experience Level: 0–1 years in inventory management or related roles
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent Communication Skills, Strong Work Ethic, Teamwork, Attention to Detail, Analytical Skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Experience in inventory management processes, sales, and customer management
- Proficient in Excel
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- With Pleasing personality
