Descrição:

  • Regular checking and reporting of inventory levels. Assistig in the preparation of inventory reports, providing information on stock levels,movement and any discrepancies.
  • Perform daily cycle count of key value items and participate in the periodic inventory/audits to ensure accuracy of records.
  • Ensure to maintain an accurate recording of inventory details using an effective inventory management file.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized and safe storage area of inventory, utilizing labeling/segregation to facilitate efficient retrieval and location accuracy.
  • Investigation and resolving discrepancies between physicals stocks and recorded inventory.
  • Coordinating with other team members, including store/purchasing staff, suppliers and Operation Manager to ensure smooth operations.
