Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT projects from start to finish

• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets that align with business goals and objectives

• Manage cross-functional teams of developers, engineers, and designers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

• Identify and mitigate project risks, and communicate project status and progress to stakeholders

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and business analysts to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables

• Ensure project deliverables are of high quality and meet stakeholder expectations

• Continuously monitor and evaluate project progress, and make necessary adjustments to ensure project success

• Ensure project documentation, such as project plans, status reports, and risk assessments are up-to-date and accurate

• Provide updates on project progress, status, and risks to the Project Sponsor and C-suite executive of the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Over 6 years of solid experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to scope.

• Experience managing cross-functional teams of developers, engineers, and designers.

• Strong understanding of current technology trends and project management best practices.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Excellent knowledge of predictive and adaptive project concepts.

• Strong understanding of key project management concepts, including but not limited to : Critical path, distinctions between projects, programs, and portfolios and product vs. project lifecycle.

• PMP or similar project management certification is highly preferred.

• Experience in the insurance industry is preferred.
