Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Experience Level: 0–2 years
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong problem-solving abilities and technical knowledge
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to assist users through phone, email, or in-person communication
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with some on-call support as needed
