Descrição:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
  • Assist users with network connectivity, system setup, and application usage.
  • Document and track support requests using ticketing systems.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex issues.
  • Perform system upgrades and maintenance as needed.
  • Educate users on best practices and security protocols.
  • Experience in AUTOCAD
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 0-6 months of experience in IT technical support roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical systems, AUTOCAD software, and general computer skills.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional fieldwork; must be able to work flexible hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and customer service orientation.
