ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Join our client, an innovative IT solutions provider for schools, offering ERP and SIS platforms that transform education management.
- As an Implementation and Support Associate, you’ll be the go-to person after the sales process, ensuring smooth system usage, training end-users (school personnel, teachers, students), and diagnosing issues with the support of your counterpart in India.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of BS Computer Science or related courses

- FRESH IT GRADUATES are welcome - especially those with school projects related to ERP or SIS systems
