- Provide technical support to users via phone, email, and in-person.

- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in system operation, backup and recovery, Windows Server management, and database operation.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Provide technical support to users, troubleshoot issues, perform system backups, and assist with recovery processes.
- Working Conditions: Typically works in an office environment, with possible after-hours support required.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, good communication skills, and a team-oriented attitude.
