  • Install and configure software and hardware components of computer and network systems.
  • Support team in providing technical support and troubleshooting system network issues.
  • Creates and maintains documentation as it relates to system configurations, mapping, processes, and service records.
  • Manage data backup and system security operations.
  • Integrate servers, including database, e-mail, print, and backup servers, and their associated software.
  • Implement and maintain policies, procedures, and associated training plans for network administration, usage, and disaster recovery
  • Must have a Bachelor's/College Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, or equivalent
  • Proven experience as an IT professional or similar role.
  • Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication skills, including the ability to explain technical details to a non-technical audience.
  • Proficiency and aptitude in information systems technologies and computer sciences.
  • Developing process flow diagrams and system documentation.
  • Ability to lead a team and work independently.
  • Attention to detail and precision.
  • Knowledgeable in basic editing or graphic designing using Photoshop, Canva or other editing tools.
