- Provide first-level technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network issues
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, printers, and other IT equipment
- Perform basic troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, email, and internet connectivity
- Support user account setup, access rights, and password resets
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining network systems and servers
- Perform routine system updates, backups, and antivirus checks
- Maintain IT inventory, asset tracking, and documentation
- Assist in implementing IT policies, procedures, and security guidelines
- Perform other IT-related tasks as assigned
