About the Role

We are looking for an IT Specialist / IT Supervisor / Systems & Data Security Supervisor to join our team. This role oversees the full spectrum of IT operations, including systems administration, troubleshooting, cybersecurity, data protection, and digital infrastructure management. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and the ability to ensure system reliability and data integrity across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain all IT systems, networks, servers, and digital infrastructure.
• Manage system security, backups, access controls, and data protection compliance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Administer and safeguard digital records, databases, logs, and digital certificates.
• Implement IT and cybersecurity policies; conduct regular security audits and system checks.
• Coordinate IT logistics and provide technical support during trainings, events, and system operations.
• Lead and supervise IT-related projects, workflows, and process improvements.
• Ensure the organization’s IT environment complies with data privacy and security standards; DPO (Data Protection Officer) certification or experience is a strong advantage.
• Prepare and submit weekly IT reports to the IT & Document Control Supervisor or Management.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Management related to IT operations and systems management.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in IT systems administration, troubleshooting, cybersecurity, or infrastructure support.
• Strong expertise in network management, system security, troubleshooting, and IT operations.
• Knowledge and practical understanding of data privacy laws, cybersecurity best practices, and IT compliance.
• DPO certification or experience is a significant advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, database management, IT security tools, and troubleshooting utilities.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
