We are looking for someone who can support our restaurant branches with POS and network issues.

Your job is to make sure every store can operate smoothly even when technical problems happen.

Problem solving: The ability to analyze issues and find solutions is critical for all IT roles

POS software proficiency:

- Experience with the specific POS system being used, including transaction processing and sales reporting

- Maintaining and supporting all POS-related IT equipment, including servers, desktops, cash registers, laptops, databases, and printers.

- Troubleshooting POS software.

- Analyzing user requirements as well as software performance

- Installing updates

- Supporting and solving system issues or failures

- Working with IT and technical teams to develop and modify systems to meet current and future needs

- Hardware and software testing and diagnostics

- Networking: Knowledge of network configuration and protocols is a foundational skill

- Time management the skill to multitask, manage a workload efficiently, and stay organized in a busy environment

- Software and upgrade installation

- Troubleshooting software and technical equipment

- Troubleshooting network connection errors and network equipment

- System and network installation, repair, and maintenance

- Ability to propose solutions or evaluate solutions

- Working knowledge of relevant compliance checklist
