- Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for core technologies, infrastructure, and applications.
- Provide technical direction, recommendations, and solution design for projects and initiatives.
- Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies that add value to business operations.
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and optimization of hardware, software, and network systems.
- Ensure system performance, availability, and security meet established SLAs.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide escalation support for unresolved incidents.
- Lead and participate in technology-related projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, operations, vendors) to align IT solutions with business needs.
- Document system designs, processes, and configurations.
- Implement and monitor security best practices across IT systems.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, data protection, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies
- Mentor and train junior technical staff.
- Share knowledge through documentation, workshops, and technical presentations.
- Act as a resource for team members on advanced technical topics.
