Carabao Cloud Solutions, Inc. is a fast-growing company based in Tayabas, Quezon Province. We work with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) across the United States. These MSPs rely on us to support their day-to-day IT operations using industry-standard tools like Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) platforms, ConnectWise for ticketing and service automation, Veeam for backup and disaster recovery, and Microsoft Azure for cloud infrastructure and administration. At Carabao, team members are trained to navigate these systems and deliver high-quality technical support in a fast-paced, real-world environment.


What we are looking for?

Responsible for providing first-line technical support to end-users, addressing basic IT issues and requests both in Windows and MAC OS. This role involves troubleshooting common technical problems, handling service requests, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction our our user clients.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Respond to and resolve support tickets via ConnectWise in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor client environments using Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) platforms.
  • Perform basic to advanced troubleshooting on Windows servers, desktops, and network issues.
  • Assist with Microsoft Azure administration including user management, virtual machines, and resource provisioning.
  • Utilize professional experience and knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, and Microsoft Azure to support and manage user accounts and services.


Required Skills and qualifications

  • Atleast 1 year professional experience of desktop, software and hardware support.
  • Proficiency in installing, upgrading, and configuring software using remote access tools.
  • Strong knowledge in troubleshooting Windows and MAC products.
  • Hands on basic experience/Direct access in servers and network
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Can amend to work during the night shift, holidays, and weekends.
  • Amenable to work in Tayabas, Quezon Province for onsite reporting.
