Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: High School or Senior High School diploma is required.
  • Experience Level: No prior experience required; entry-level position.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Java and Weblogic is essential; strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and assist users with software and hardware inquiries.
  • Working Conditions: Office-based environment; may require occasional on-call support.
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, patience, and a customer-oriented mindset.
