  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment.
  • Document support activities and maintain knowledge base.
  • Assist in system upgrades and deployments.
  • Educate users on best practices and new technologies.


  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in IT technical support.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and maintain systems.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, on-call support may be required.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude.
