Do you

have a solid background in tech support and a passion for delivering

world-class IT service? We’re looking for an experienced IT Service Desk

Specialist who’s ready to make an impact and grow in a dynamic, fast-paced

workplace!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues
• Support end-users across desktop, applications, and networks
• Manage IT tickets efficiently using best-in-class tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and escalate issues when necessary
• Deliver top-notch service and clear communication to internal clients

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 3 years of total BPO experience
• Minimum 2 years in IT Service Desk / Helpdesk /
• Technical Support (under BPO or IT Shared Services)
• Bachelor’s degree in any Computer-Related Technology
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional English communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with operating systems, desktop
• applications, and hardware setups
• Adaptable and enthusiastic about continuous learning

Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig City
