职位描述
- 与团队配合进行业务需求分析，理解需求细节和确定系统设计目标；
- 能够根据业务需求迅速进行系统或功能的设计，并转化为实用的解决方案；
- 负责公司Java后端服务的构建，包括开发、测试、部署和维护等工作；
- 通过技术改进和创新，持续优化系统，以提升系统的稳定性，可扩展性，以满足业务增长的需求。
职位要求
1.拥有本科及以上学历，计算机科学或相关领域专业，拥有扎实的计算机基本功；
2.3年及以上Java开发经验，精通Java及面向对象设计开发，对Java的某些领域有深入研究和理解；
3.熟悉SQL、NoSQL、缓存技术、消息通信、队列、异步框架等技术，并对这些技术的优化有深入了解；
4.熟练使用Spring、SpringCloud、Zookeeper、RabbitMQ、Redis、Kafka、Nginx等开源基础框架；
5.具备强大的逻辑思维能力，善于分析、归纳问题，并提出有效解决方案；具备独立进行项目开发的能力；
