交易风控（资深/专家，crypto交易所）
岗位介绍：
1、负责金融产品（如杠杆交易、永续合约、期权、结构性产品）的全生命周期风险管理，保障产品稳健运行。
2、制定并优化保证金规则、强平机制、仓位限制等核心风控参数；
3、监控市场异常波动可能引发的交易所风险；
4、分析用户交易行为数据，识别恶意高频爆仓、市场操纵等异常模式。
Requisito
任职要求：
1、金融工程、数学或计算机相关专业，5年以上衍生品风控经验，熟悉加密市场7×24小时特性；
2、精通风险模型（VaR、压力测试、蒙特卡洛模拟），熟练使用Python/SQL进行数据分析；
3、熟悉交易所爆仓引擎、资金费率机制，有做市商合作风控经验优先。
