- Maintain and update financial records.
- To assist in the day-to-day operations shall cover areas such as processing payments, reconciliation of receipts, managing accounts payable and receivable.
- Update daily transactions into systems.
- Assist in the preparation of management reports and related financial matters.
- Coordinates and follow-up with outstanding issues and information.
- Liaise with Inter-company staff to manage daily accounting operation.
- Ability to maintain good accounting records and filing system.
- Assist in the preparation of daily, weekly and monthly Cash-flow report.
- Assist in reconcile debtors, creditors and bank statement.
- To perform any other accounting duties as and when advised.
