Descrição:

  1. Perform any combination of following; calculating, posting, and verifying duties to obtain financial data for use in maintaining accounting records.
  2. Compute and record charges, refunds, cost of lost or damaged goods.
  3. Prepare account statements, ageing reports, and other records, using typewriter or computer.
  4. Locate and notify customers of deliquent accounts by telephone or solicit payment.
  5. Prepare counter receipt for customer when required.
  6. Feed in all invoices to BIR for submission.
  7. Prepare weekly collection slip.
  8. Perform other duties as may be assigned.


Requisito

  • Must be Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Must be looking for long-term employment
  • Can work under pressure with minimal supervision
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures.
  • 1 year and above experience in General Accounting is advantage
  • Fresh Graduates are acknowledging to apply.
