? Earn up to P60,000 per month

About the Role

As a Junior Business Analyst, you’ll play a vital role in improving business processes and supporting the implementation of smart, data-driven solutions. This role is perfect for someone with an analytical mindset, great communication skills, and a passion for problem-solving.

?What you’ll do:

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document business needs
• Analyze systems, workflows, and processes to identify opportunities
• Assist in developing and testing solutions that improve efficiency
• Conduct data analysis and build reports to support decision-making
• Help in project planning, tracking, and user training

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Information Systems, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or similar (internship experience welcome!)
• Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Self-driven, eager to learn, and collaborative
• Bonus if you have experience with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, or Power BI
