The Key Accounts Representative will handle and grow partnerships with our key local accounts. This role is perfect for a proactive and people-oriented individual who’s eager to strengthen existing relationships and open new business opportunities. You’ll collaborate with various departments to ensure excellent customer satisfaction while hitting sales targets that contribute to our brand’s success.


Key Responsibilities

  • Account Management – Maintain regular communication with assigned key accounts and ensure smooth delivery of products and services.
  • Business Development – Identify and onboard new key accounts through market research, networking, and relationship-building.
  • Sales Strategy – Develop customized plans with the sales team to drive customer retention and revenue growth.
  • Customer Support – Handle client inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure top-tier service.
  • Performance Monitoring – Track sales progress per account and adjust strategies as needed to meet objectives.
  • Market Intelligence – Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration – Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and product teams for seamless execution.
  • Negotiation & Contracts – Lead discussions on pricing, renewals, and agreements with key clients.


Qualifications (Preferred)

  • Experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Client Relations
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills
  • Strategic thinker with excellent customer service orientation
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams
