Descrição:

  • Assist in food preparation, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and support chefs with inventory management.
  • Assist chefs in food preparation and cooking
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
  • Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
  • Stock and manage supplies efficiently
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Support kitchen staff during service
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Culinary Arts or related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in cook skills, kitchen hygiene practices, and stewarding duties. Ability to perform mise-en-place and work effectively in a customer-oriented environment.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen setting, requiring heavy lifting and standing for extended periods.
  • Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, strong teamwork skills, reliable, and a positive attitude.
