Descrição:

Assist with daily prep tasks including chopping, portioning, and basic cooking duties.
Prepare and portion ingredients as directed by chefs.
Support the production of house-made items, including pizza doughs and fresh pastas, when required.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen equipment.
Follow food safety and hygiene protocols at all times.
Assist with receiving and storing deliveries.
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely service.
Perform other duties as assigned by the kitchen manager or head chef.

Previous kitchen experience (minimum 6 months preferred).
Familiarity with preparing pizza dough and/or fresh pasta is an asset.
Basic understanding of kitchen safety, hygiene, and food handling.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
Ability to take direction and multitask under pressure.
