Descrição:

  • Collaborate closely with our client to align kitchen operations with F&B industry standards.
  • Oversee all kitchen activities, ensuring food prep and cooking meet quality benchmarks.
  • Maintain inventory levels and adhere to health and safety regulations.
  • Assist in food packaging in mornings
  • 6-day week

Requisito

  • Minimum ‘O’ Level/ SPM
  • Need to coordinate with Chinese & other Nationalities workers. Knowledge of Chinese/English dialects is essential.
  • Possess good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Must be a fast learner.
  • Good in self-discipline, able to work in accordance to instructions.
  • Fast and meticulous.
  • Able to work on weekends & public holidays.
  • Willing to work long hours especially during festive seasons.
  • 6 days work week.
