- Assist in the preparation and dispatch of meal components in a timely manner.
- Ensure kitchen hygiene and safety standards are maintained at all times.
- Prepare ingredients and supplies for cooking staff, practicing mise-en-place techniques.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation and timely service.
- Perform inventory checks and assist in stock management.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Culinary Arts or related field
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Cooking skills, Kitchen hygiene practices, Mise-en-place
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, Ability to work in a team, Strong communication skills
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment
