Descrição:

  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, dishwashing equipment, and sanitation procedures.
  • Familiarity with HACCP standards and food safety regulations.
  • Ability to maintain par stock levels and coordinate with the kitchen and purchasing departments.
  • Basic knowledge of equipment maintenance and safety protocols.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a stewarding team.

Requisito

  • Interested to WORK ABROAD.
  • Must have a valid passport.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in stewarding, preferably in a hotel, resort, or cruise ship setting.
  • At least 1 year in a supervisory or senior role leading stewarding or kitchen support teams.
