  • Conduct targeted site searches based on grid viability, terrain, and strategic deployment priorities.
  • Perform field assessments to validate location suitability, including soil bearing, access, and environmental conditions.
  • Evaluate feasibility in coordination with zoning, permitting, and community impact factors.
  • Document findings using standardized SAQ Feasibility Check & Ranking templates.
  • Engage directly with landowners and stakeholders to negotiate lease terms aligned with project goals and budget.
  • Draft, review, and finalize lease agreements and MOAs, ensuring legal sufficiency and operational clarity.
  • Coordinate with Legal and Finance for endorsement, payment processing, and archival.
  • Ensure site-level compliance with zoning laws, environmental regulations, and national policies (e.g., REC meter waivers).
  • Maintain accurate Taskmapper entries for all SAQ templates (e.g., Site Acquisition Report v4.0, TSSR v4.0, Land Lease Payment).
  • Consolidate field data into unified reports or dashboards for internal review.
  • Monitor timelines, deliverables, and site status, escalating risks or blockers as needed.
  • Support alignment meetings and provide technical input on site-specific concerns.
  • Represent the SAQ team in field-level meetings, inspections, and community engagements.
  • Address site-specific issues raised by landowners, barangay officials, or regulatory bodies.
  • Maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders to support smooth acquisition and permitting.


Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Urban Planning, Architecture, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1year of experience in site acquisition, permitting, or infrastructure deployment.
  • Proven track record in telecommunications, renewable energy, or public infrastructure projects.
  • Experience in field coordination, stakeholder engagement, and multi-site project execution.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, especially with landowners, LGUs, and regulatory bodies.
  • In-depth knowledge of real estate principles, lease documentation, and acquisition workflows.
  • Familiarity with zoning laws, permitting processes, and national/local regulatory frameworks
