3. Utilize multimedia resources to create an interactive and engaging online teaching environment, stimulating students' interest in English learning.
4. Regularly evaluate learning outcomes, provide detailed feedback to students and parents, and adjust teaching strategies in a timely manner.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in English Education, Applied Linguistics, or related fields.
2. 1-2 years of ESL teaching experience.
3. Proficient in English (native speaker or C1/C2 level) with standard pronunciation and fluent communication skills.
4. Familiar with online teaching tools (ClassIn) and capable of designing interactive teaching activities.
5. Patient, responsible, passionate about education, and with strong cross-cultural communication awareness.
