Descrição:

  • The Lead Coordinator performs routine operations support to the committees to which they are assigned.
  • They facilitate the coordination required for each committee, including the scheduling and preparation for committee meetings, events, and functions.
  • They document and monitor the meetings, budgets and expenses for their committees.
  • They liaise with stakeholders and vendors, as required in the operationalization of committee activities.
  • They assist in the cash and expense management for committee expenses.
  • They enjoy working in a team environment and interact proactively with various internal and external stakeholders.
  • They are eager to serve others, have excellent organization and administrative skills, and can adapt to using various systems and forms of technology.
  • They typically work in an office environment and will also be required to provide support at external venues and sites.

Work Scope and Functions:

  • Manage operations and administration
  • Coordinate logistics and resources for their assigned committees
  • Maintain facilities and equipment in use
  • Coordinate meeting scheduling and attendance tracking
  • Implement minutes and records and database management processes
  • Collate and distribute budgetary and financial information for their assigned committees

Manage stakeholders

  • Document stakeholder feedback and queries
  • Attend to stakeholder management issues
  • Communicate with stakeholders to provide relevant updates

Requisito

  • College Graduate of at least a 4 year course in Business,
  • Communications, Technology, or related courses
